Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided at the discretion of the English Job Maze management. By signing up for a paid service on this site (Post a Job, Link your School, Access CV Database, etc) you agree to be bound by the terms of this refund policy. The English Job Maze will not be made accountable for mistakes made by users posting jobs or signing up for paid services, nor can we provide refunds if a user no longer requires a service he/she has paid for (eg, a position has been filled prior to a job ad expiring).

In General

The English Maze Pty Ltd, trading as English Job Maze, is based in New South Wales (NSW), Australia. This agreement will be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. No effect will be given to any principle of conflict of laws.

If any item of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the relevant item will be severed from this agreement and the invalidity of this item shall not affect the validity of the remaining items of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
