What additional value can you add to this employer's institution? Were you ever:

- Social Activities Coordinator?
- Cambridge (FCE, CAE, CPE) Coordinator?
- LCCI Business Exams Coordinator?
- Library / Computer Lab / CALL Coordinator?

If so, include it. It may just give you that edge.

Most employers will work out your Date of Birth from when you finished your studies anyway. And besides, what have you got to hide?
