Photos - if you really must - should be embedded in your Word document. Most people look bad enough on their colour passport photos. Imagine how much worse you look after being passed through a grainy B+W photocopier. Photos (unlike references) really should be 'provided on request'.

   7. Hobbies : Walking, Shopping, Watching TV - is another waste of line.

All this information tells a prospective employer is that you are just like everyone else. Unless, you've got something interesting to add in this category, leave it out.
